CANCELLATION POLICY
 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Due to limited booking spaces please advise within 6 hours prior to your booking if you need to cancel.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 6 hours before the appointed time for bookings after 12pm and less than 24 hours notice for a morning booking up to 11.59am. In this case, we will charge the client a 50% missed appointment fee.

 

A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In this case, we will charge the client a 100% missed appointment fee.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 6 hours notice for all bookings from 12pm.  All morning bookings prior to 12pm must be cancelled the day before. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
